Say what you need
In the short intake on this site you start with orientation: you say what you are looking for, how large your organisation is and where, and how to reach you. With an account you choose on your dashboard how to begin, answer the questions that go with it and choose how many providers you want to talk to.
- Orientation: you explore the market; providers that fit your situation come forward, including some you had not thought of.
- Targeted: you know what you are looking for; for every provider that comes forward, you read why it fits, and where it does not.
- Quotes: soon you will also be able to request quotes worked out on the same numbers and requirements.
Providers that fit come forward themselves
An OptioHR team member reviews your request. It then goes online without your name, and only providers it fits can see it. We send no one your way: a provider that fits decides for itself whether to come forward.
- Whether a provider fits depends on your category and region, and on your budget and delivery model if you state them.
- Already talking to a provider? Name it in your request from your account. If it has a profile with OptioHR, it joins orientation and targeted requests without taking one of your spots, up to two providers.
- Should a provider not see your request? Exclude it in the intake from your account.
- A paid plan does not buy a provider priority on your request.
You choose who to talk to next
A provider comes forward by taking up an introduction. At that moment it receives your name and contact details, and you see who it is. Your request has a fixed number of spots: three with the short intake, or the number you chose from your account. Once it is full, no one else can join.
