Employes offers an integrated platform for HR and payroll administration. It enables users to change data directly, create employment contracts and payslips, and process payroll flawlessly with built-in legislation and collective labour agreements (CAOs). The platform processes declarations, leave, absenteeism, and worked hours directly in the payroll administration. There is a mobile app (ESS) with which employees can track their own leave, absenteeism, declarations, and hours. Employes can be integrated with favourite tools for accounting, time registration, and planning. It also offers functionalities such as document management, tasks & workflows, and reporting.
